Senior Account Manager

Rebecca Shafer is a Senior Account Manager at Propper Daley, where she manages the day-to-day work of client accounts to ensure maximum efficiency, growth, and retention of clients as well as support in the development of client strategies to meet their social impact goals.

Rebecca joins Propper Daley from the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Roybal Film and Television Fund, where she supported the organization’s mission of amplifying diversity in the film and television industries. Before that, she held roles in social impact at visual effects company Luma, and in account management/digital strategy at agency Sunshine Sachs. Rebecca started her career on the communications team at HBO – a position that helped unearth her passion for the intersection of social impact and culture.

A storyteller at heart, Rebecca holds a B.S. in Magazine Journalism from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
