Melissa Kanemoto

Chief Operating Officer

Melissa Kanemoto is Chief Operating Officer at Propper Daley, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure its strategic goals and objectives are met while driving process optimization, operational excellence, and a culture of innovation.

Melissa brings a rich background in strategic operations across nonprofit organizations, B Corporations, and agencies. From managing cross-functional programs and projects for the American Foundation for Equal Rights (the sole sponsor of the federal constitutional challenge to California’s Proposition 8), to directing fundraising campaigns for national nonprofits such as ACLU and Oxfam America, to running on-site logistics teams for White House events, she is dedicated to uncovering and uplifting the unique strengths of individuals and teams to enjoy shared success.

Melissa is a trained Strengthsfinder coach and earned both her M.A. in Communication Management and B.A. in Public Relations from the University of Southern California.
