Chelsey Hall is the Executive Political Advisor at Propper Daley. She provides strategic advice and guidance on the agency’s client’s political initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships.

Chelsey Hall is the former Chief of Staff and Lead Strategist to PMM Agency, a Black-owned Marketing Agency whose services focus on brand management, public relations, digital & campaign strategy, and media buying for clients such as Uber, Nationwide & Chase Bank, Unilever, and Academy Sports + Outdoors. Prior to her role at PMM, Chelsey has amassed a decade of leadership experience within the political and non-profit sectors.

As Senior Advisor to the Hon. Stacey Abrams, Chair and Founder of Fair Fight Action and National Bestselling Author, for over 5 years, she was described as  Stacey Abrams’ “right-hand woman”. Chelsey has occupied many roles with the goal of centering and advocating for Black and brown communities and leaders, as a political strategist, fundraiser and brand advisor.  Chelsey has worked to perfect the intersection of fundraising,  political engagement and digital strategy with campaigns and organizations across the country. Formerly Head of Media & Brand Partnerships at Fair Fight Action, she developed the nationally recognized digital series, Civics For The Culture, expanding the organization’s  mission while teaching civics to young voters of color in targeted ‘Swing States’ and the deep south. By partnering with major media, brands and influencers to reach voters in unlikely spaces, Chelsey’s efforts have been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, Teen Vogue, Rolling Stone & Complex Magazine.

Chelsey is on the board of Planned Parenthood SouthEast and Georgia Conservation Voters. SHe is is a graduate of DePauw University and received her Bachelor of Arts in Political  Science with a concentration in Political Philosophy. Chelsey is a native Georgian and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
